What We Offer

Pinkett and the Brain provides research, synthesis, and awareness architecture services through two offerings: The Blueprint (written deliverable) and The Container (in-person experience including written deliverable). All work is delivered in writing or in person. There are no calls included in any offering.

The Blueprint — Payment and Refunds

Payment is due in full at time of booking. This confirms your place and initiates the research process. Payment is refundable within one hour of purchase only. After one hour, all sales are final.

Your Blueprint will be delivered within one to two weeks of confirmed payment and may arrive sooner. You will be contacted if clarification is needed.

The Container — Deposit and Refunds

A $25,000 deposit is required to reserve your Container. This deposit is refundable within one hour of payment only. After one hour, all payments are final. Work on your Container begins upon receipt of deposit.

If you are booking a Container beyond one day, your deposit will be applied toward your total balance. The remaining amount will be invoiced separately and is due in full before our work together begins.

Same-day bookings are not accepted. Your requested date is subject to availability and confirmed via email after application review.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made as early as possible and are subject to availability. One reschedule is permitted per booking.

Travel

If travel is required, travel fees are invoiced separately once logistics are confirmed. Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has been booked. Mainland US travel: add $2,500. International travel: add $5,000 minimum.

Intellectual Property

All work produced by Pinkett and the Brain is for the personal use of the client only. Work may not be resold, republished, or redistributed without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
