1. Services

Pinkett and the Brain (“PB”) provides immersive identity architecture experiences, including in-person immersions and bespoke PDF Blueprints. These services are highly personalized and delivered as agreed upon in your chosen package (5-day, 7-day, or Blueprint).

2. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old and have the financial and personal capacity to engage in a premium, high-touch service.

3. Payment & Refunds

• All fees are due in full prior to the start of services.

• Due to the bespoke nature of services, payments are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling or pausing may be permitted in alignment with academic or life obligations (e.g., finals season, pregnancy, etc.), at PB’s discretion.

4. Client Responsibility

• Identity Architecture is collaborative; results depend on the client’s participation, commitment, and alignment.

• PB does not guarantee specific outcomes; services provide presence, reflection, and strategic support, not prescriptions.

5. Limitations

PB is not therapy, medical treatment, financial advising, or legal counsel. Clients remain responsible for their decisions and actions.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials (PDFs, frameworks, curated content) remain the intellectual property of PB. Clients receive personal use rights only.

7. Confidentiality

All client interactions are confidential, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Maryland (or specify another jurisdiction of choice).
